Prices and GST treatment will be confirmed before sales open.
Checkout, stock, delivery and returns are managed on Fresha. Review the total and policies there before paying.
For future product sales, applicable GST, unavoidable charges and delivery costs must be disclosed before an order is committed. Product details and prices are confirmed on the published Fresha store.

Appointment times use the studio’s Australian timezone, including daylight saving where it applies. Course length and preparation time are included when checking availability.

Fresha manages these appointments separately. They will not appear in this website’s account. Use Fresha to view, change or cancel your booking.
No automatic cancellation or no-show fee is charged by this website. Changes to future booking terms do not replace the terms saved with your existing appointment. Australian Consumer Law rights remain unaffected.
We do not request allergy, medical history or other health information in the online booking form. Contact the studio directly to discuss suitability or access needs.
Your consumer rights come with you.
Nothing in this website’s policies excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with goods, you can choose a refund or replacement. Other product problems and service failures have remedies that depend on the circumstances.
Check the published store for its change-of-mind returns policy. Hygiene, custom-made and sale-item conditions do not remove rights that apply to faulty goods or services. Contact the studio if you need help.

Hand and nail care from the studio. The final range, prices, ingredients and delivery options will be published in our Fresha store.
Shipping destinations, charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates have not been set. International shipping is not enabled. Nail polish, liquids and some adhesives need product-specific transport checks; no air or express delivery is promised.
Studio notices and gallery posts are managed by authorised administrators. Signed-in clients can submit their own reviews and photos for moderation. Client submissions and studio-shared reviews are labelled separately. Product-specific ingredients, directions and warnings should be checked on the published product listing.

When you submit a review, we store your display name, text, selected photo and account identifier. Only your chosen display name, review and photo are published after moderation. Submitted reviews are not verified purchases. You can withdraw your review from the review page. Photos awaiting submission remain private; you can remove them there.
AI drafting is optional and requires separate consent. Only your selected photo is sent to OpenAI, without your account name or email, to suggest a short description. Processing may occur outside Australia. The request disables API response storage; provider security retention may still apply. Check and edit every suggestion before submitting it. AI-assisted wording is labelled when declared by the author.
Your language choice is stored on this device. Admin PINs are stored as salted, peppered verifiers, not as readable numbers. The management screen locks after 15 minutes.
A little less data.
When you sign in with Google, the site uses your Google account identifier, name and email to create your account and manage access. Your Google password is never shared with the studio. Your bookings store the course, appointment time, price, conditions and status.
Members can view their own bookings. Studio administrators can manage appointments and content. Owners can also manage member permissions. Photos, public display names and stories become visible when an administrator publishes them. Management changes are recorded for accountability.
A necessary sign-in cookie lasts up to eight hours and is removed on sign-out. A short-lived login nonce is used to protect sign-in. The hosting and access platform may also process connection data and logs. Google and the hosting provider process information under their own terms; Australian-only data storage is not promised.
No advertising, mailing list, health questionnaire or payment-card form is included. Marketing consent is not inferred from a booking. The owner’s specific privacy notice, including retention, contact and overseas processing details, appears below when completed.
